To run this application your browser must be able to accept cookies and you must have Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.0 or higher and Windows Media Player version 6.4 or higher.
If have a version of Microsoft Internet Explorer lower than v 5.0 you can get an free update or you can get version 6.0 at:

If you do not have Microsoft Windows Media Player V 6.4 or higher you can get a free copy at:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/players.asp

After you upgrade your browser and or windows media player. You should delete your browser cache in your Microsoft Internet Explorer by selecting "Tools" (off the top menu bar), then select "Internet Options", then select the "General" tab, then choose temporary internet files "Delete Files", then select "OK", this could take a few seconds to a few minutes depending on the size of your cache (you should see an hour glass cursor). When the arrow cursor comes back choose "OK" and close your programs and reboot your computer. Then revisit this website and login again. If you are having any problems please let us know.
